So doing the normal search engine optimization here in austin I was able to get another small business into first page on  one of the targeted  keywords. The keywords they wanted to rank for went from no where or 100 something in position to twenties and tens aka first and second and third pages.  Right now I am working on getting this specific business to show up more on google maps, I got them showing on first page on one of the main keywords on google map but I want the other targeted ones to start showing there too. Needless to say they are showing up more on less competitive keywords all over the place both on maps and normal search engine queries. By the end of the month, I plan to have atleast another of the competitive keywords on the first page.

It’s amazing how long it takes to get the site ranking but the potential business from being first page is what gives many of us patience. When SEO goes wrong or  done with haste a website can be penalized and banned from major search engines. And that is not good for anyone or business in general. Which is why when trying to get someone to do SEO for your site you should probably check for some past work.
